I am an independent Odoo consultant in Dubai, not a reseller. I implemented one Odoo instance for a manufacturing group across six sites in five countries and I direct its custom development. I help UAE and GCC companies choose Odoo, get a stalled rollout moving, customise it without breaking upgrades, and check the health of what they already have.

Manufacturers, distributors, trading companies and family groups in the UAE and GCC that run Odoo or are deciding whether to. Typically 50 to 600 people, one or several sites, an owner or managing director who wants the month to close from one set of records.
What I have actually done with Odoo
One instance covering production, sales, inventory, procurement, accounting, HR and maintenance for six sites in five countries and around 150 users. Machine scheduling with overlap prevention, batch and barcode control, approval workflows and role-specific dashboards, all built to my specification and kept upgradable. The database underneath it moved from PostgreSQL 9.5 to 16 with no unplanned downtime at any site. Five AI systems sit on top of it in daily production, from document OCR to a WhatsApp sales agent that creates leads in the CRM.
What an Odoo consultant should do for you
Tell you what to leave standard and what to customise, and why. Write the specification developers build from, so that what arrives is what the business needs. Keep an eye on upgrade risk, because heavily modified Odoo is how companies get stranded on an old version. Check backups, access control and the audit trail, which most implementations skip. And explain all of it to the owner in plain language.
How I work
Remote across the GCC or on-site in Dubai, Sharjah and the other emirates. A one-hour consultation call for a specific decision, a two-day health check of an existing Odoo, implementation oversight through go-live, or a roadmap for a business moving from spreadsheets to Odoo with AI doing the repetitive work. I do not sell licences and I am not paid by any Odoo partner, so the advice is only about what works for you. Fees are quoted in writing before anything is paid.

Are you an official Odoo partner?
No. I am an independent consultant who has run Odoo as the customer for a multi-site group. I do not sell licences or implementation hours for a partner, which means my advice about which partner to hire, or whether to hire one, is not tied to anyone's commission.
Which Odoo versions do you work with?
Current supported versions, and the older ones companies are usually stuck on. Much of the work is getting a customised older version to a supported one without losing what the business relies on.
Can you help if our Odoo rollout has stalled?
Yes. That is one of the most common calls. The usual causes are a specification nobody wrote down, customisation that outran the budget, and data nobody cleaned. A health check finds which of the three you have and what to do first.
Do you work outside Dubai?
Yes. On-site across the UAE, and remote for Saudi Arabia, Oman, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait, Pakistan and further afield, on Dubai time.
